I chose to study law because I wanted to understand the rights and obligations that we, as individuals and legal entities, have and rely on. At university, I became increasingly drawn to business law because it combined my interest in law, legal entities, and finance. I’m still just as passionate about it and I take great satisfaction in helping my clients reach their objectives.

M&A transactions can be incredibly demanding. My clients often spend more time with me than with their spouses during a transaction. Despite the high-pressure nature of these transactions, I’m good at keeping a healthy perspective on things. While I'm known for offering my candid and straightforward advice, I also understand the value of injecting some fun and camaraderie into the mix.
